*1. Diploma and degree certificate (notarized copy either in Chinese or English)
Graduation certificate in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization.
*2. Certificate of HSK
*3. Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form
The Physical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete forms or forms without the signature of the attending physician, or the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicant are considered as invalid.
*4. Copy of valid passport (the page including personal information and photo) and China visa page if having been to China.
*5. Passport photo
A recent passport-sized photo of the applicant
6. Academic transcript of highest education
*7. Certified certificate or notarized copy of non-criminal record
Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be accompanied by notarized copies of the translation in either of these two languages.
*8. Two recommendation letters from professor or associate professor, in Chinese or English
Tips: For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit.
